I think the first activity is very interesting. I didn't know how to use "that" and "whose," but I was able to gain more knowledge. It's great, even though I failed some of the quiz questions. I feel like I know more words now. 

I also read about some important topics; it deals with culture. So, if we want to know something about a country, we must understand its customs. That's why I became very interested.

In this mind map you must give your way of learning in a second language.

But first you need to read a file, which deals with the modern era and how different forms of learning must be adapted.

You give your learning a direction in English. For example, I listen to music in English and play video games in full English. I try to understand any words I don't understand, and I Google them. I also try to write basic English words and search them on Google. Is that okay? Or not?

Right now, I'm writing this by myself, and I'm trying to polish my mistakes with a translator. But compared to before, I feel like the words are coming to me now.

In this activity, give your opinion on the content. For example, I think the material is very crucial for communicating with others, because being able to recount what the other person said is quite crucial for presenting testimonies or sharing important topics.

I now more or less know how to use direct and indirect speech, but I need more practice.

Sharing life experiences
 What was the result of the experience?  

I acquired more knowledge because it's my first job, but I saw how the company ignores your safety and you ignore your own life, for example. You had to enter a room with high voltage. I was a Sena practitioner and they didn't give me boots for my safety, although I won't need them. They didn't care about security in those areas. It may be minimal, but it was important, in my opinion.

 How did your flexibility and adaptability help you to deal with the situation? 

I had a lot of energy in my first job, but what bothered me about the experience was the early morning I worked. I felt that any job they gave me would be done without complexity and with willingness.

  Would you change anything in order to deal in a better way with it?

I was new to the job, so I had no experience. I felt less confident in my abilities. I want to believe more in my abilities in the next internship and also in the future jobs I have, and I also want to not be afraid of making mistakes.

how can you be environmentally friendly at work?

I think with a conference at 10 min, i my intership they had a group  that was instigator of Good environmental care

What kind of incentives could a green company offer to its employees?

 As  i see it  in the work, they have three containers for ecological waste, the staff was educate on how to use the waste.

In what other ways could businesses involve their employees in environmental issues?

I think that using reciclables materials, with small meetings and camps
